The Breast Vise is simply a large breast clamp. Simple, and yet the effect is intense. The clamps are opened up, and the breasts are forced between the bars. Then the small ballnuts are slowly turned having the effect of gradually applying more and more pressure - and painful pleasure if you are a sadistic one!

    if those screws are 1/4 i'll be dammed there the same sixe as the nipple way to week to put any pressure on
