Packaging and Privacy...

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging bearing the return address of "Steel Enterprises." Your package will not bear any external markings that will give away or disclose the nature of your order. All items are shipped discreetly in nondescript packaging with ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION as to its contents. We are strong believers in everyone's inalienable right to be left alone, to be allowed to live and make choices for themselves in their private pursuit of happiness, and we pledge to honor your privacy in every way we can.

Guarantees and Returns Policy...

We guarantee the quality of our products. Due to the personal nature of the items we carry, EroSteel cannot accept returns on merchandise unless they are damaged. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with the same item upon return of the defective item. Please return the item in its 'original' packaging to us via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail, Canada Post, Purolator, Fed-Ex or UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). We are not responsible for return shipments sent uninsured. Extensive product testing has been done to insure the products we sell are safe and of the highest quality standard!

You have 15 days from date of arrival to return your products.
The merchandise must not be used in any way for 100% refund of moneys less shipping & handling charges.
You must ship it back with the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
Under no circumstances do we pay for return shipping charges.
Under no circumstances do we refund for shipping and handling charges.
Any open, used or damage merchandise for what ever reason is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
EroSteel reserves the right to return the merchandise to its customer and not refund moneys, if EroSteel in its opinion deems that the merchandise has been severely damaged other than the original state it was manufactured or shipped. We reserve the right to reject any return for any reason.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your credit to be processed if applicable.
If an insured shipment arrives at your door with any apparent shipping damage, refuse the delivery.

International Order...

Please be aware that you may have to pay local customs and duties in order for your package to be released to you by your local customs agent. We have no way of determining these costs as they vary from country to country. You may have to pay import duties and or other charges (including GST/VAT) on your purchases. These are assessed and charged by your government's customs authorities, not by us, and those charges are not included in the prices shown. Please note, it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country, state and / or municipality. We will NOT refund money for the confiscation of items or packages shipped to countries where customs policies do not allow for entry of such products. HOWEVER, we will refund money for products whose packages have been returned to us from customs.
